In fact, I know how to indexes in MS Word add. But every time I insert the index is placed in alphabetical order, I will not.

Sometimes I have a similar problem, so that the use of visual circuits, or index of my own creation in the best result I need.
Create your own classification system you use something like the number of AA stars or lines of different lengths, etc.
I take this to some extremes. I am a visual-spatial learner, and I like things in alphabetical order us the whole time. Learn the layout of my site more recwent. ( "Links" are not relevant, but it is.
